    1.Veršienos kumpis apie 0.5 kg
    2.maži pievagrybiai 200 g
    3.1 morka
    krapai
    svogūnų laiškai
    pomidorų padažas (pageidautina aštrus)
    druska, kvapieji pipirai, maltas cinamonas
    aliejus kepimui

    Gaminimas
    Nedideliais gabalėliais supjaustytą veršienos kumpį apvoliojame prieskonių ir druskos mišinyje. Dedame į keptuvėje įkaitintą aliejų. Ant viršaus užberiame riekelėmis supjaustytą morką ir troškiname kol mėsa suminkštėja. Tada dedame nepjaustytus pievagrybius. Troškiname 5 min. Užpilame 2 – 3 šaukštus pomidorų padažo, užpjaustome krapų ir svogūnų laišką ir dar 5 min. patroškiname.Garnyrui galima patiekti ryžius ir įvairių daržovių salotas. Skanaus!
